KIDS KICKBOXING 

At Allstar Kickboxing, boys and girls learn self-defense, self-confidence and discipline while having fun in a safe and entertaining group class format. A great way for them to get out their energy and frustrations too.

Youth Kickboxing class teaches basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and western-Style Boxing skills and combinations. Youth Kickboxing classes include: cardio calisthenics, bag work, which includes punch, kick, and elbow strikes, partner drills, and pad work in addition to core strengthening exercises.

ADULT KICKBOXING

 HARD HIIT

A full body circuit we like to call Hard HIIT. HIIT stands for high intensity interval training, and Allstar kickboxing is introducing a full programme of classes alongside our programme of kickboxing and boxing sessions. 


These classes follow a simple structure with a routine warm up and mobilisation and then you are straight into the HIIT. 20 minutes of exercise broken down into rounds of 40 seconds work followed by a quick 20 second rest. Each HIIT contains anywhere from 4 to 7 exercise either using every aspect of the gym; from rowers, weights and slam balls, to just you and your body, in a circuit that will get every muscle group firing on all cylinders.
